A History of Time
Motion Design
This animated video was designed to educate a young audience on the different timekeeping devices used throughout history. The video uses advanced animation techniques to make the topic entertaining, dynamic, and engaging. A custom voiceover was included in the video.
Style
The color palette was inspired by the primary colors and includes a variety of shades. The typeface, Futura, is clean, modern, and easy to read.
Illustrations
Before animating the video, individual illustrations were created for each timekeeping device. These illustrations are simple yet aesthetically pleasing.
Exhibit
To take the project a step further, the content from the video was transformed into an interactive exhibit designed for a children's museum.
